We Plan the Webinar At this stage, we assess client needs and plan the webinar implementation. We schedule the event and tailor the technology to fit the project's specific requirements. We choose the webinar support platform, prepare presentations, graphics, and animated transitions, and select the necessary number of cameras and microphones.

Testing Remote Connections Before the event, we import all materials and media into the webinar platform to ensure smooth webinar support. These will be used during the event according to the scenario. We perform tests of internet connections and installed equipment to ensure reliability.

Webinar Support During the online broadcast, our vision and sound engineers, as well as operators, monitor the broadcast's progression. We continuously monitor technical parameters, signal stability, participant count, and manage the project. After the event, we provide the client with recorded materials from the live session for future use.
